4 and a half years ago I was sitting at my favorite health food store on a Tuesday morning when I first discovered this strange tonic called Kombucha. After just a few sips I was hooked. And even though I began drinking this fizzy tangy tea of goodness every day and loving it, I was a little put off by the costly price of a bottle (where I live, a twelve ounce bottle can cost as much as 5 buckaroos!).
