1. Get Started Right

   We bought some bottled kombucha at our locally grown farmers co-op that was just fantastic! So naturally, we did a lot of research on the web to get the skinny (excuse me "scoby"), on how to make this amazing beverage ourselves.
   
   What got me, is that natural kombucha tastes almost just like Rockstar (which is not exactly good for you by the way).
   
   No more Rockstar for me. Kombucha is my new Rockstar! We ordered the mack daddy continuous brewing gold package from getkombucha.com. When it came in, our kit was missing the whole leaf tea package, so I emailed Dave, and he got back to me almost immediately.
   
   He sent me the tea pack out by priority mail and I received it rather quickly. He even included a second tea package for the inconvenience. He also included a 2 Disc DVD set with all the videos on them.
   
   Even if you have to pay a small bit extra for the DVD's, get them! You can whiz through the slightly long winded video dialogue and get right to what you want and skip through the fluff. We did not get paper instruction, and Dave said that they did not include them in the kit because the videos covered everything. No biggie.
   
   The videos do cover all the instructions quite well, just be prepared to scoot right through the windy parts.
   
   All in all, for our new experience with the life giving force created in Kombucha, we are EXTREMELY! happy with our continuous brewing gold kit.
   
   For all the buzz around Kombucha, I am totally impressed with how Dave gives each issue, and email, his personal attention. This is a very rare thing in today's economy. Most retailers want you to spend money with them but they often give little support after the sale.
   
   Not Dave, he's the bomb with customer service. Do yourself a big big favor and get started with getcombucha.com.

2. Kombucha is the GREATEST

   I have been brewing for many years and have gotten my kid and his family on it. I have to say that the continuous brew is ingenious and I will try it as soon as my new batch of Kombucha is done. As for the scoby, I live on a farm and raise all kinds of animals. When I have extra scoby's I cut them up and put them in the animal feed. I even give it to my dogs. They eat them down. Don't waist those scoby's if you don't have someone to give or sell them to!!! You can even put them in your compost pile to help it fertilize your garden!

3. Gives Me More Energy

   I received my continuous brewing system in the nick of time. I had a post viral thyroid infection which is quite painful.
   
   For some reason drinking K tea helped alleviate the pain. I also find it regulates my digestive system and gives me more energy which I need because I have Lyme disease.
   
   I am having fun adding different things to the second brew and my favorite so far is honey and ginger.

4. Better Than Gatorade

   Youre going to read this and think I am a huge idiot... Well maybe I was.
   
   I was a gatorade "junkie" for 3 years thinking it was better for me than water. Thanks to their incredibly deceptive advertising campaigns. Here is the real idiot part I never read the label until someone pointed it out to me.
   
   Gatorade is loaded with corn syrup and ended up draining my energy and eventually leading to mild depression.
   
   I am now trying to live corn syrup free and after following the advice of a friend have incorporated kombucha into my diet I realize I now have no credibility with you but I did know my research this time and I feel incredible. I love home brewing.
   
   In my "humble" opinion its the only way to go.

5. Near perfection

   I have been using the Continuous Brewing System for a little over a year now.
   
   It is incredibly easy to use; and I have had no problems with it. I have never had any problem with mold.
   
   I started out making too much, and wound up drinking it as just about the only liquid I was drinking during the day, so I am now making less per week.
   
   The batch I make is a bit too sour, probably because I let it brew too long.
   
   But I just mix it with a little apple juice before drinking, which gives it a good flavor. I also use it whenever I would ordinarily use vinegar.
   
   The SCOBY has gotten very large, almost filling the porcelain container, so I hope to solve this problem soon.

   I have been very impressed with how easy it is to continuously brew and enjoy my Kombucha. Not having to remove the SCOBY each time makes life much easier and the process much simpler.
   
   I thought the stand was just a visual, but have found it not only adds form, but function as I fill my bottles.
   
   I would highly reccomend this set up.
   
   It is a good value.

   I was using huge jars to brew my tea and I kept making a mess of my kitchen.
   
   The dispenser is a great way to save clean up hassles, and is even better at saving time and space where I brew.

9. Finally not running out of Kombucha

   The brewer is really the only way to go if you want to have Kombucha all the time.
   
   I started by making small batches and many bottles. A bit of a pain in the butt. It is nice to have one process and have plenty to drink and not run out.
   
   Just makes plain sense to do it this way.
   
   I highly recommend everyone interested in drinking Kombucha get the brewer...or two :)

10. It's everything I hoped

    Money is kind short right now so I debated as to whether I should just get the economy brewer or go for the deluxe set up.
    
    Ultimately I decided to go with the deluxe set because I wanted to give myself every chance to succeed at this.
    
    I am so glad I did. I tend to stress abut the details sometimes, especially when I am trying to do something new, but the deluxe brewer had absolutely every possible detail covered. I love it. I don't think even I can goof this up.
    
    I can hardly wait until my first batch is done! I am really looking forward to having virtually all the kombucha I want to drink for so little a serving.
    
    I figure that I will make up what I spent in only a couple of months!

11. Seems like a good system

    The dispenser is very nice, and the tea smells very nice. I've just brewed my first batch and have bottled it and leaving it out to become fizzy. It seems a lot easier than I thought, and the continuous brewing seems to be great.

    I have been itching to get the brew system for a while and because of moving and life, I didn't get around to it. After buying even more $3.50 bottles of Kombucha (as much as $5.50 in NYC!) I stopped myself and said, "wake up!". I went online, bought the deluxe brewing system and I am already 1/4 of the way for paying for the system in 3 weeks.     I've been brewing now for about 8-9 months. The system is well worth getting b/c it makes it so easy. I look forward to my bottle of G every day, especially knowing what a health benefit it is. And this company is top notch. I continue to buy all my tea with them and have had nothing but great experience with this service. Really friendly and don't have to push 1 for English.     Ok, so here is the real feedback. As a product it is really good. Not great, but good.
    
    What makes the purchase worth every single cent are the free videos that keep coming.
    
    I think it is really nice (and probably a smart business move), to give away the basic info. I know I was more inclined to purchase after seeing it all.

    I have been drinking kombucha for almost 2 years now, and I have even tried once or twice to make it, but gave up.
    
    Dave's system gave me everything, plus the kombucha culture was so healthy.. I love this site and now I love the products.
