Most orders ship within 3 Business days (our 12 oz bottles of kombucha are made to order and take 10 business days to ship). Often times we ship sooner. Over 98% of our products ship from our location! Majority of orders are shipped UPS. However, sometimes we ship using alternative delivery methods(i.e. US Postal Priority Mail), to ensure a faster delivery time for you!
Some of the products we ship contain carbonated liquid and are packaged in glass. Please understand that there are extra costs associated with both fragile and heavy items.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations Policies:
We want you to be tremendously happy before, during, and after you order from us, so please take the time to learn about our products and our ordering process BEFORE you place your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. If you need to change an order (adding products, changing shipping info, substituting products, etc.), we will attempt to accommodate but we can not make any guarantees once an order has been placed.

Try the Continuous Brewing System for at least 30 days, this will give you and your body enough time to determine if kombucha home brewing is something that you would like to continue. If it is, then determine if our brewers are the best solution for you. If you do not absolutely love us for bringing this into your life, please return the kit to us, but keep your cultures and k-tea (over $50 value).
Refund Policy:
Please contact us using the same email that you used when placing your order. The easiest thing to do is to find the email we sent you confirming your order and simply reply to it. You must first obtain a Return Authorization Code (we like to learn from all of our customers, even the unsatisfied ones).
IMPORTANT: This RA# must clearly be written on the outside of the package. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Code clearly written on the outside of their package, will not be issued a refund.
If you follow these simple steps, we will refund you your entire purchase price less shipping and handling, within 48 hours upon receipt.
Our Satisfaction Guarantees are exclusive to our Brewing Systems only and can not be applied to our other products.
