In this video I show you how to make your own Jiaogulan extract and tinctures so that you can begin to travel with your Jiaogulan and experience what I call the "Jiaogulan Bliss" when super dosing the extracts.

This video covers basic extraction techniques and best practices, alcohol to water ratios, liquid to jiaogulan ratios, and storing and caring for your tinctures. It then delves into ways to "burn off" the alcohol before ingesting giving those the option to consume very little alcohol intake while still enjoying the benefits and convenience of home tincturing.

I found this is my favorite way to enjoy Jiaogulan tea because I participated with the creation. There are many Jiaogulan companies that sell extractions but because you only see the final extraction, many use substandard Jiaogulan.
