Bottling Your Kombucha Tea:

Bottle your tea a little on the sweet side. Though you can use a ph testing strip, nothing beats my proven tasting method:

Drink a little bit yourself

Not to worry if the tea is on the sweet time, as the yeast will continue to work at converting the sugar into fizzy goodness once bottled. Experiment and enjoy.
