The Basics
From southwest China, our Precious Eyebrow tea is picked before the spring rains. There is great skill required to produce this tea. After the tea is fired in a wok, the leaf is hand-rolled and tightly twisted.

This is an excellent grade of this very popular tea and should be enjoyed any time of the day. The leaves show a brew that is golden in colour with a smooth but robust flavor. Kind of like a cross between Sencha and Gun Powder Green Teas.

Just like Batman, this special tea goes by several different names - Young Hyson (named after the tea merchant, Phillip Hyson), Chunmee or Precious Eyebrow (Due to the shape of the tea leaf). In fact, we actually coined the name "Baby" Hyson to reflect the freshness of our selection.

Unlike the Dark Night, this tea does not come with a multi purpose utility vest. However, it could kick Bruce's rear in an antioxidant dual!
