Shipping Policy

We want you to be tremendously happy before, during, and after you order from us, so please take the time to learn about our products and our ordering process BEFORE you place your order.

When Will I Get My Stuff?

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. However sometimes it can take a few days longer. The only exception is our custom made bottled kombucha tea which takes 10 days to properly prepare before we ship out. An E-mail notification, including tracking number, will be sent once the order ships. Some items ship separately.

Where do you ship to?

We ship world-wide

Though the majority of our customers come from North America, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. However please note the following two things.. that there are restrictions on some products, due to shipping weight and that our online site currently only shows S&H for the USA and Canada. If you would like to have a product shipped to somewhere else, just contact us  and we will do our best to make it happen for you!

 

Orders and Cancellation

All sales are final once an order is placed. If you need to change an order (adding products, changing shipping info, substituting products, etc.), contact us and we will attempt to accommodate but we can not make any guarantees once an order has been placed due to the speed at which we are processing transactions. This means once you place your order we assume that you want it!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Just let us know, and we will do our best to make you happy! Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returned cultures.
